Telehealth — Statewide, Anywhere in WA
Where an in-person visit isn't practical, our telehealth consultations are available to any location in Western Australia — including remote and very remote communities across the Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Goldfields and Nullarbor.
- Individual consultations by secure video or telephone
- Workplace wellness briefings and virtual group sessions
- Follow-up appointments between regional visit blocks
- No special software or equipment required
How a Regional or Metro Booking Works
- Coverage check. Tell us your suburb, town or shire and the service you need — we confirm coverage and the delivery options available to you.
- Tailored quote. We prepare a clear, itemised quote for on-site delivery, a regional visit block or a telehealth program. Request a quote online.
- Scheduling. Perth metro bookings are usually scheduled within two to three weeks. Regional visits are planned in blocks, and we confirm the next available window for your area.
- Delivery & follow-up. Our practitioners deliver the program on site or online, then provide summary reporting and telehealth follow-up where appropriate.
Coverage Questions
Do you visit small regional towns, or only the bigger centres?
Both. Larger centres such as Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie–Boulder, Karratha and Broome sit on our regular visit schedule. Smaller towns are serviced when we can cluster bookings in the surrounding area, or immediately via telehealth.
Is there a minimum group size for workplace programs in regional areas?
We keep minimums flexible, especially for regional and remote employers. Where a single-site booking is too small to justify travel, we can combine nearby workplaces into a shared visit or run the program virtually.
Can you work with remote communities?
Yes. Remote community programs are planned well in advance and coordinated with local councils, health services and host organisations so that visits are respectful, well-attended and culturally appropriate.
What if we're between regional visit blocks?
Telehealth keeps your program moving between visits — individual consultations, staff briefings and group sessions can all run online until our practitioners are next in your region.
Not Sure If We Cover Your Area?
Tell us where you are and what you need. We'll confirm coverage for your suburb or town, flag the next regional visit window, and provide a tailored quote — usually within one business day.
